Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms
Costa Elite Concierge provides bespoke, luxury services that require advance planning, scheduling, and third-party coordination. Due to the highly personalized nature of our offerings, we apply the following cancellation and refund terms to ensure fairness to both our clients and service partners.

2. Cancellations by the Client
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to:

Refund eligibility is based on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled service delivery:
Time of Cancellation Refund Eligibility
More than 7 days before 100% refund (minus any non-refundable third-party costs)
3–7 days before 50% refund
Less than 72 hours No refund

3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

No-show or failure to provide required access to the property or location.

Cancellation of services after commencement.

Expenses already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., groceries, vendor deposits).

Incomplete service due to force majeure events not within our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
4. Deposits & Advance Payments

Deposits required to reserve services are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Advance payments for third-party vendors (e.g., chefs, yachts, wellness professionals) are subject to the individual vendor’s own terms. Costa Elite Concierge will make best efforts to recover any possible amounts but cannot guarantee full refunds.
5. Modifications & Rescheduling

Clients may request a change in service date/time with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

If rescheduling is not possible, the original cancellation terms will apply.
6. Cancellations by Costa Elite Concierge
In the rare event that Costa Elite Concierge must cancel a confirmed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

Offer a full refund, or
-
Provide an equivalent replacement service with the client's approval
7. Disputes
Any refund-related disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.
