Costa Elite Concierge – Service Delivery Policy

1. Scope of Services
Costa Elite Concierge provides tailored lifestyle and property-related services across the Costa del Sol. Services are customized for each client and may include, but are not limited to:

Property management & maintenance

Guest reception & key holding
-
Private chefs, wellness professionals, and personal staff

Luxury transport, travel logistics, and security
-
Event coordination and concierge requests
2. Service Requests & Confirmations
-
All service requests must be submitted in writing via email, website form, or WhatsApp and are subject to confirmation.

A written confirmation or service agreement from Costa Elite Concierge is required before any service is scheduled or delivered.
-
For recurring or complex services, a signed service agreement and deposit may be required.
3. Pricing & Quotations
-
Prices are provided upon request and are subject to change based on availability, scope, and seasonal demand.

Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise stated.

All services are quoted exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

4. Payments & Deposits

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Final balances are due before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments must be made via approved methods (bank transfer, card, or payment link).

Failure to pay on time may result in service cancellation or delay.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following policy applies:

More than 7 days before: Full refund (minus any non-refundable third-party costs)

3–7 days before: 50% refund

Less than 72 hours before: No refund

Refunds are not granted for services already rendered.
6. Third-Party Providers

Costa Elite Concierge may coordinate services through carefully vetted external providers.

While we ensure high standards, Costa Elite Concierge is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party service providers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability & Insurance

Costa Elite Concierge carries professional liability coverage in line with Spanish service industry standards.

Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their property, guests, and valuables.

Costa Elite Concierge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of enjoyment, or missed travel connections.

8. Access & Instructions

Clients must ensure timely access to properties or locations for service delivery.

Detailed instructions, codes, or keys must be provided securely and in advance.

Costa Elite Concierge is not responsible for delays or issues arising from restricted access.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

We comply fully with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

No client data is shared with third parties except as required to fulfill services.
10. Client Conduct & Expectations
-
Clients are expected to treat all staff and providers with courtesy and respect.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any individual whose conduct is inappropriate, unlawful, or places staff or partners at risk.

11. Dispute Resolution
-
Any dispute will be addressed initially through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

12. Amendments
Costa Elite Concierge reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will be made available on our website or upon request.
